Shipping & Delivery
If the delivery is in Italy, Burato Gioielli offers free shipping on all orders, which will be sent via Express Courier to the address indicated. You can also organize the pick-up of your order at your favourite Burato Gioielli store, by scheduling an appointment. Delivery times take 3 - 5 days. Monitor the status of your order through the link that you will receive via email and follow the order confirmation.
If the delivery is not in Italy, a contribution to the expenses will be requested and highlighted during the purchase procedure. Shipping contributions may change depending on type of delivery, quantity of products, volume, weight and place of destination. Please contact the customer care for more details.

• Choose the shipping method: "Express Courier" or "Pick up at the store (by appointment)".

• Add any useful notes and get confirmation by clicking "Buy now".
• An email will inform you of the order processing.
How can I use the "DISCOUNT CODE"?
The 'DISCOUNT CODE' is a promotional code that gives you access to special promotions. The "DISCOUNT CODE" will be communicated to you via Newsletter or via SMS to celebrate events, anniversaries or holidays. If you already have a coupon, enter it in the appropriate section in the cart of your order, during the purchase. The coupon will be calculated on the total amount and automatically displayed. Coupons cannot be combined and can only be used once.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
During the checkout you can enter the data for electronic billing.
At the end of the purchase, you will always receive a sales note / receipt.
Burato Gioielli products are prepared and shipped with extreme care. We pay specific attention to the safety of the products at every stage of transport. Our packages are tamper-proof and entrusted to the best express couriers for fast and fully tracked delivery. Inside our package you will always find:
• The jewelry you purchased, inside an elegant gift box.
• The guarantee certificate of the jewels you purchased.
• The Burato Gioielli Shopper.
• The tax receipt and / or invoice for your purchase (if you choose the gift option, you will not receive this item).
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
At the end of the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. After the shipment of your order, you will receive a second email with the tracking code. Use the tracking code to monitor the shipment status of your order.

Burato Gioielli Guarantee
The products are covered against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The guarantee consists of the purchase document of the product.
Each Burato Gioielli product is together with a certificate of authenticity, with all the main characteristics of the item.
• All Burato Gioielli products are accompanied by a guarantee certificate and are covered against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
• The guarantee lapses in case of improper use or tampering with the object.
• The guarantee on purchased jewels is nationally and internationally valid.
• The repair of jewelery under guarantee is a free service if the cause is not accidental, due to improper use or due to tampering with the object.
• The times for guarantee repairs vary according to the product and the specific case.
Returns and Refunds Policy
When is the return accepted?The customer can unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The customer has the right to withdraw within the term indicated above, sending an email. The shipping costs will be equally shared between Burato Gioielli and the customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and after agreement with Burato Gioielli.
To ensure the best efficiency, Burato Gioielli makes use of national and international express couriers. In case of reasons attributable to customer, incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be refunded.
Your return will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of items at our central warehouse. If you entrust items to our store staff, the request will be accepted upon receipt of items at our logistics center and no later than 10 days from your delivery in the shop. In some cases you will be contacted for any additional information needed.
Refund timesThe refund will be made with the same payment method within 14 working days of acceptance of the return. In case of delivery of the return to the store, the refund will be a voucher of the same amount as the shopping or by refunding the credit card within 10 working days. Once the refund has been made, the technical times depend on your bank circuit.
If you paid using prepaid card or bank transfer option, refunds will be made by crediting the card or bank account from which the payment was originally made (for the transfer we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
